Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Louisiana Tree Masters collects through this website, why, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to www.louisianatreemasters.com and to the forms on it. Louisiana Tree Masters is a licensed arborist tree service operating in Lafayette Parish and the wider Acadiana region of Louisiana. We are a service-area business, so we work at our clients' properties rather than from a public office.
It does not cover any other website you reach from a link here, or anything you do with a company we introduce you to. Their policies are their own.
2. Information you give us
Everything in this section is information you type in and send on purpose.
- Estimate requests. The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address if you want to give one, your town or ZIP code, and a description of what is happening with the tree. We use it to understand the job and to get back to you.
- Financing requests. The form on our financing page asks for a name, and a phone number or an email address. Nothing else. It never asks for income, employment, account numbers, a Social Security number or any other financial detail, and it is not an application for anything. Section 7 explains where it goes.
- Phone calls. If you call us, we have whatever you tell us and whatever your phone service passes along, such as the number you are calling from.
3. Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, this one records ordinary technical information when a page loads: the pages requested, rough location at city level, the type of device and browser, the site that referred you, and the date and time. The services described in sections 4 to 6 are how that happens here.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, which pages people read and where visitors arrive from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, which processes it on our behalf. We look at it in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual people, and we do not upload names, phone numbers or email addresses into it.
Google explains what it does with this data at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits to any site with Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser as described in section 10.
5. Advertising measurement
Louisiana Tree Masters advertises through Google Ads. When advertising is running, a Google conversion tag on this site records that a visit which began with one of our ads led to a form submission or a call, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for. That measurement uses cookies set by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy. It tells us how many people did something, not who you are.
If we ever build remarketing lists, meaning advertising shown to people who have already visited this site, this section will be updated to say so before we do it.
6. Spam protection on our forms
Every form on this site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells automated submissions apart from real ones. To do that it looks at limited technical signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address and how the page behaves. It is a security control, not an advertising tool, and Cloudflare states that it is not used to track people across websites. Cloudflare also hosts this website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
7. Financing requests and the finance company
Financing for tree work is offered by a separate third-party finance company, not by Louisiana Tree Masters. We do not lend money, we do not make or influence any financing decision, and we do not collect financial information.
If you use the form on our financing page, the name and contact details you enter are shared with our third-party financing partner so that someone there can contact you about financing. That is the whole purpose of the form, the checkbox on it says so, and sending it is how you agree to it. Once your details reach that company, what they do with them is governed by their own privacy policy. If you would rather not have your details passed on, do not use that form. Call us instead and ask about the work without it.
8. How we use the information
- To answer you, quote the work and schedule it.
- To pass a financing request to the finance company, when you ask us to.
- To keep records of the jobs we have quoted and performed.
- To see which pages and which advertising bring people to the site.
- To keep the forms free of automated abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact details to anyone.
9. Who else sees it
- our third-party financing partner, for financing requests only, and only the name and contact details described in section 7.
- Google, for the analytics and advertising measurement in sections 4 and 5.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs the spam protection in section 6.
- Our email provider, currently Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Anyone we are legally required to give it to, such as in response to a valid legal request.
10. Cookies and your choices
This site does not show a cookie consent banner. The cookies it uses are the analytics and advertising-measurement cookies described above, plus what Cloudflare needs to keep the site available and the forms clean. No law that applies to a business of this size and location requires a consent popup, and we would rather tell you plainly here than make you dismiss a box on every visit.
You are in control of the cookies either way. Every major browser lets you block or delete them from its settings, and Google's opt-out add-on in section 4 covers analytics specifically. Blocking cookies does not stop you using this site or its forms.
11. How long we keep it
Form submissions and job records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records. Analytics data is held by Google under the retention setting on our Analytics property and is deleted on that schedule. Ask us to delete a request you sent and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
12. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are verified before they are accepted, and access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through any form on this website.
13. Children
This site is meant for adults arranging tree work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Links to other sites
Where this policy links to Google, Cloudflare or a finance company, those pages are theirs, not ours. We have no control over what they collect once you are there.
15. Changes to this policy
If what we collect or who receives it changes, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. This version is effective August 6, 2026.
16. How to reach us about privacy
Questions about this policy, or a request to see, correct or delete something you sent us, can come straight to us.
